Introduced and lead the internal RPA Initiative to automate, increase efficiency of internal work processes within HR, Project management and Pre-sales. Established Proven Consult's UiPath development standards procedure. Introducing modularized rapid development, a code review process and the 1st internal centralized repository for reusable components. Re-constructed all documentation templates utilized within the RPA life cycle. Acted as Technical Consultant conducting presales activities, customer meetings and POC presentations. Re-engineered the company's archiving and bookkeeping process with proper access restriction. Introduced new tools utilized by the delivery department to internally manage the regular progress, daily delivery operations, tasks, timesheet and client support.
