• Job Details:- Leading a team of engineers to cover and support all our customers and all job requests. - Provide vibration data collection training to new employees. - Guiding engineers and technicians in carrying out vibration analysis and other data collected to diagnose / troubleshoot rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measure. - Ensure the adequate frequency of the scheduled condition monitoring and reliability improvement programs in view of historical data pertaining to reliability and performance of mechanical equipment malfunctions Identify needs for maintenance and overhaul of equipment based on condition monitoring, reliability, and performance data analysis and inform maintenance section. - Supervise periodical condition monitoring and verification checks on various mechanical equipment using on-line, Equipment Condition Monitoring System (ECM) and off-line (e.g. vibration data collectors) and other equipment condition monitoring systems and report any abnormalities. - Preform laser shaft alignment, Balancing, Vibration analysis for rotary equipment. (-Including industries but not limited to: oil & gas, power generation, steel & metals and cement Such as FLSmidth at NCC Plant (Kawmeya Cement), Al-Ahram Beverages, Halwani Brothers, Pirelli Egypt, Royal Ceramic, Alex Carbon Black, Uni-Board (Sadat City), Alexandria Sugar, Suez Steel, Egyptian Steel, …..etc. )

• Job Details:- Perform Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Services to Atlasco Egypt’s clients in the Egyptian market and neighboring countries in the field of Condition Monitoring / Machinery Health Management. - Perform laser shaft alignment, Balancing, Vibration analysis for rotary equipment. (-Including industries but not limited to: oil & gas, power generation, steel & metals and cement Such as FLSmidth at NCC Plant (Kawmeya Cement), Al-Ahram Beverages, Halwani Brothers, Pirelli Egypt, Royal Ceramic, Alex Carbon Black, Uni-Board (Sadat City), Alexandria Sugar, Suez Steel, Egyptian Steel, …..etc. )

• Job Details:- R&D Engineer at the refrigerator factory - Making part list for the product - Making BOM of the product - Making Process Sheet for the product to be used at the production line - Technical support of products and processes for sales - Revise the cost with costing - Revise the price and profit with sales - Creating and modifying of products MM01 - MM02 - Creating and modifying of products BOM CS01 - CS02 - Supporting production, planning, quality and sales - Coding of the new parts used in the refrigerator
