• Job Details:• Responsible for leading HSE team for developing, establishment, reviewing and achieving objectives / targets. • Coaching, mentoring HSE team & staff • Participating, reviewing and follow up divisional HSE plans for enhancement of quality, health, safety and environment management system (IMS) • Developing and conducting QHSE audits and inspection plans to ensure complying with ADNOC policy and standard requirements and also to identify the area, opportunity for improvement to be in line with company commitment and state of intent. • Conduct QHSE lectures, awareness, campaigns and presentations for staff and related contractors involved; develop flyers and leaflets for IMS. • Review, develop and update the IMS manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms required to be in line with ADNOC policy and updated procedures. • Developing of EMS plan for controlling of waste generation - and controlling of waste through 3R cycles ( Reuse - Recycle - Recovery) also, treatment of waste for sewage and domestic food waste (composter) • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for set objectives and targets and the monitoring and measurements methodology. • Reviewing of all HSE studies /reports for HSEIA during FEED, EPC and operation / maintenance of facilities as COMAH, ORHA and EIA. • Supervise and train, coach and conduct performance review – Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and competence assurance management system (CAMS) for all HSE department activities and employees. • Supervise of HSE officers, HSE trainer technical assistants for HSE section • Develop day to day and weekly activity plan for HSE officers (Audits, Inspection, risk assessment sessions) and HSE trainer (Daily HSE induction plan, H2S awareness and lifesaving rules). • Develop HSE training plan annually for in-house and external (third party) training, scope of work, bidding and technical evaluation participation with HSE trainer. • Develop HSE critical competency criteria, assessment, matrix and personnel profile for each individual of HSE department – Doing bi-annually performance evaluation for identifying training needs / skills gaps of individuals. • Develop HSE requirements as operating or capital budget. • Responsible for leading the development implementation, maintenance and enhancement of quality, health, safety and environment management system (QHSE-MS) I am Management Representative (MR) for HSE department, for ensuring continual improvement process is ongoing. • Review, develop and update the QHSE-MS manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms required to be in line with GASCO policy, strategic objectives and updated standards / ADNOC COPs. • Establishes QHSE policy and objectives for HSE department compatible with GASCO policy. Includes developing targets and programs plans in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements. • Conducting QHSE audits (internal & external) and inspection to ensure complying with QHSE-MS and GASCO policy and standards requirements and identify the gaps & shortfalls, opportunity for improvement to be in line with company commitment and state of intent. • Share, participate and attend PTWS, HIRA, HAZID and HAZOP sessions for ensuring safety requirements are settled in place during normal maintenance & major shutdown and any management of change take place in plant or processing facilities (MOC). • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for set objectives and targets and the monitoring and measurements methodology. • Conduct QHSE, awareness, training sessions and presentation for GASCO & contractors staff develop flyers and leaflets for QHSE-MS. • Lead the role in ensuring effective processes for responding to workplace incidents using electronic tool GASCO Incident Reporting Systems (GIRS), analysis the incident (WR-NWR) assess the potential risk rank, failure causes actions or conditions, remedial action required and verification of corrective actions. • develop, plan HSE related issues and participate in major shutdowns of processing plants (train # 1 & 2) and implementing HSE requirements (HSE plan, PTWS authorization for contractors’ representatives, approving of ARAs, permits issued and reporting and analyzing of incidents reported during shutdown – conducting HSE-MS audits and inspections). • Develop practical solution to resolve departmental QHSE non conformance issues and recommend resources of action. • Develop assessment mechanism for regular reports on QHSE-MS issues of HSE department. • Supervise and train, coach and conduct performance review – Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and competence assurance management system (CAMS) for all HSE department activities and employees. • Involved in plant change request (PCR) for any process change / modifications / update for controlling of management of change (MOC), participate in risk assessment sessions, do pre-start safety review (PSSR) before commissioning the unit. • Determine and Develop QHSE training needs for diff

ORHA, EnvID and ARAs for first LEED building construction in Middle East 2010-2012. • Investigation team member for GRE firewater network repeated failures (two different incidents occurred on 2018 at Bu Hasa site) • Incident investigator team leader for electrical fire for air condition split unit existed in Accommodation room (August 2014), participated in different incident investigations of damaging incidents.
