• Job Details:01-Responsible for managing overall IT Day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction. 02- Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations. 03- Monitoring and maintaining the operation of the IT infrastructure and ensure system performance and SLAs are met. 04-Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands. 05- Monitor network infrastructure using various network management tools to ensure availability and security. 06- Escalate the issues to the next level and communication will be sent to all the relevant stakeholders. 07- Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers. 08- Provide in-depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives. 09- Provision in close cooperation with third party service provider an IT infrastructure that is suitable for the group to access and use their business applications. 10- Assess the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects. 11 - Interface with business unit managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness. 12- Execute routine network maintenance tasks according to shared and agreed Standard Operating Procedures. 13- Participate in IT strategy planning activities. 14- Develop the reporting for vendor performance in areas that include quality, capacity, systems and responsiveness. 15- Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure related risks 16- Work closely with project team members line managers for time allocation and prioritization. 17 -Manages a dynamic team of individuals, constantly searching for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of technology systems to meet business needs.

IT Infrastructure ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company as security team. • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. • Experience in delivering new hardware and software implementation. • Server hardware experience DELL EMC, Blade, HP servers • Proven experience in Server Administration role in a large physical and virtual environment required. • Proven Experience operating within a large complex server and application environment with greater than 100 servers. • Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise scale Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) • Proven experience in designing, implementing, managing and troubleshooting large Active Directory in large enterprise environment. • Working knowledge Enterprise Backup Platforms, Veeam, Exec Backup . • Setup for all physical infrastructure in the Data Centre. • Installation/Configuration for all Routers/Switches within the Data Center. • Installation/Configuration for all Data Center Servers.
