• Job Details:Responsible for supervising the process of building inside Federation Tower Handling technical issues (heating, ventilation, cooling - HVAC) and Infrastructure Checking the construction works in order to meet the requirements of the specifications Inspection of concealed works, hydraulic-pressure tests Internal reports on the works done Arrange site meetings with contractors, designers and consultants, site inspection company and other meetings when needed Permanent monitoring of technical and construction condition of the building Project documentation development and realization, for all phases of the project – construction design, as built documentation Knowledge of Russian building standards

• Job Details: Responsible for Maintenance, Fire safety, General safety, Construction works and equipment modification Launching new equipment Preparation of technical tasks and tender documentation Managing over maintenance staff, preparation of all documents connected with industrial warehouse complex - stock handling devices, racking etc. Creating and updating Preventive Maintenance schedules Experienced in getting permissions from authorities Assisting in dealing with claims regarding contractors work (defects, malfunctions etc.) Knowledge of legal requirements in construction
