• Job Details:• Implementing Rubis Energie HSE plans and procedures. • Manages HSE meetings, Risk Assessment, PTW system, LOTO, HAZOP, HAZID and Emergency response. • Make HSE budget and ensure implementation. • Liaising with the regulatory authority and government agency to ensure compliance to statutory laws and regulations. • Initiate, develop, and deliver HSE Training • Provide daily field support and technical support. • Delivering effective Report and involve in problem solving • Conduct Analysis of safety performance indicators. • Develop sites specific Emergency Response Plan and train workers on emergency procedures. • Report and investigate incidents and near miss. • Contributed effectively into safety dossier in project design, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

QHSE SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervises heavy, critical and multiple/ tandem lifting using vessel, crawler and mobile cranes. • Coordinate Toolbox meeting, Job Safety Analysis, PTW issuing and ensure compliance. • Ensure Dockworkers, Supervisors and Supercargoes comply with parties HSE procedures and oil and gas life saving rules. • Attend Operational meetings and proffer advised base on cargo manifest on safe vessel discharge/ loading • Provide daily field support and deliver comprehensive HSE report. • Carry out inspection of lifting gears, lifting equipment and cargoes prior to operation. • Report incidents, Safety observation and investigate. • Activate and coordinate Emergency Response • Supervised and accomplished safe handling and logistics of Eleme Fertilizer Company cargoes. • Prepares lifting plan and recommended equipment specification for Xmass trees, Jumpers, cable reels, RAM, pipes and oil cargo lifting etc. • Carry out survey of environmental parameters as per post EIA recommendation.

EHS EngineerFreelance / Project

• Job Details:• Supervise PTW process, Risk Assessment and reduce risk alarp. • Conduct Training, site induction, anchor safety meetings and enlighten workers on 12 Life Saving Rules. • Provide daily field support and general assessment of personnel, Materials, Equipment and Working environment to ensure safety. • Ensure compliance to client and Alstom safety case. • Supervises high risk activities: Hot works, Confined space work, Rigging operation, Chemical cleaning, High Voltage test, Critical lifting and installation of turbine components e.g. Rotors and blocks, and all other activities of the turbine Major Maintenance. • Ensure all Checklist are properly used, Track and Audited. • Report and collate daily Hazard Identification Report (HAZID). • Inspection of lifting gears, machines, power tools, hand tools and electrical equipment and materials for conformity with specification and standards. • Participate in client/ contractors meeting • Coordinates drill exercise and ensure emergency response plans (ERP) are in place • Inspect and ensure functionality of all safety equipment on the site e.g. Alarms system, Fire extinguishing system, Smoke and gas detecting system, Emergency shutdown system, etc. • Verified Isolation and LOTO of energy sources when required
