• Job Details:• Reporting directly to the Deputy Manager and likewise reporting any escalations to Group Manager. • Providing work related advice and process improvement respective to the General Accounting process and GAAP Principles. • Migration of new process from onshore and performing cross training to the team. • Improving the efficiency of the existing manual process through advance excel techniques and also automated several process through Scripting and Macros. • Performing monthly suspense account reconciliations, both manual and TREC. • Analyse quality issues, errors & SLA breaches and create action plans to mitigate. • Supervising team members, cross training them and doing the process certification. Management Reporting • Processing and managing of weekly reports, dashboards, monthly volume, audit sheet and communicating to the top management and quality team. • Monthly preparation and presentation of Ad-hoc reports to the management and the team.
