• Job Details:- translation and analysis of tender, statutory and financial documents, agreements, feasibility studies, legal and regulatory framework; - assessment of the business climate, cluster analytics, marketing studies; evaluation of more than 20 projects in the Middle East and Africa (construction, real estate, mining, investments); - negotiations-correspondence - ensuring all-aspects company's activity including its potential projects tendering in Africa (Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia) and Middle East (Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman) and real projects (labor camps and leasehold plots for development (musataha) in Dubai and mining projects in Namibia and Ghana); - company and projects presentations, proposals, letters of intention, etc., providing Arabic and English versions of the company's sites (http://incor.com.ua/en/, http://incor.com.ua/ar/); - participation in recruiting work on testing candidates for work in terms of their suitability for analytical work and knowledge of the language and the basics of translation; - a special personal contribution to the development and implementation of the effective information and executive concept of the company, its database on SharePoint basis and others, attracting other information resources (web-sites, advertisements, profiles), system of accounting and control of the company's resources and assets, monitoring implementation of tasks and projects, statistical and logical analysis of the company's activities.

• Job Details:- Information support (translation and analysis) - Business Development Manager - Public relations and Corporative communication officer - Business and risks management analyst duty journey to Dubai as Business Development Manager of subsidiaries of “Incor-group” registered in Dubai, UAE, as well as work as Public relations and Corporative communication officer (staff recruitment and registration, work with competent authorities and clients (tenants, contractors, consultants and lawyers) on rent and sale issues, administrative and licensing work (registration of companies, cars, obtaining and renewing commercial licenses, plots and office rental work etc.), including the task of market study of labor camps` market (sale / lease) in the Emirate of Dubai, support of judicial proceedings etc.
