• Job Details:I&C work details:  Troubleshooting daily alarms, faults and defects of instruments.  IT maintenance (Software problems, network problems, OS backup & restore...etc.)  Work experience in various control systems (PLC and DCS) such as Emerson (Ovation) in HRSG, Siemens (Teleperm-XP) in gas turbine, Alstom (Controcad) in steam turbine & controllers of water and waste water treatment.  Design graphic and control logic sheets for Emerson ovation system and link this to the site through I/O cards.  Follow-up spare parts inventory in stores and make database about stores, produce quarterly and half-yearly reports about spare parts were used and the required ones.  Determine technical specifications of the required spare parts then receipt & checking them before storing.  Responsible to carry out the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration and testing work of all types of field instruments such as sensors (temperature, pressure, level, flow, vibration & speed), detectors, transmitters, switches, gauges, analyzers & solenoid valves.  Calibrating and testing various kinds of control valve actuators and positioners (hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized control valves).  Carry out various maintenance kinds: breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance which includes (daily, periodic, predictive & corrective maintenance) for all field instruments and controllers cabinet.  Follow-up warranty & punch list items with HRSG manufacturers CMI & Skoda Praha.  Dealing with various kinds of calibrating devices such as HART communicator, FLUKE multifunction process calibrator and voltage & current injection test set and calibration hand pumps…etc.  Participating in two inspections of ALSTOM steam turbine & 2 CMI-Skoda HRSG in 2011 and 2013.  Attendance the inspection of Siemens gas turbine. Operation work details:  2007-2008: Gas turbine operation shift engineer.  2008-2009: Combined cycle shift engineer.  2010: First shift engineer.
