HR SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:1-Responsible for all personnel activities ( Vacation Balance, Social insurance , Medical insurance, Form 1 , 6 ,2 , tracking employees attendance , Hiring And Resignations. 2-Follow up and working on finger print machine 3- responsible for Recruiting Process, Job Descriptions and Reference Check 4-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/ colleges, etc. 5-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. 6-Employee Files preparation and receiving the required hiring documents 7-Manage the sourcing process to meet manpower plan requirements 8-Assist in building performance management and Handling benefits which provide to employees (Mobile allowance, Medical insurance 9-Track employees absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly 10-Follow-up on each employee annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances. 11-Receipt of penalties memos (absence without permission / delay / Non-departure and keeping a hard copy of the records for each department) 12- responsible for Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Team Building Responsible for Time Sheet Attendance, Leaves, Vacations, and Overtime 13- Responsible for Annual renewals of contracts 14-Assisting in the processing of monthly payroll 15-Maintaining payroll and accounting databases for disbursement and collection of government funds. 16-Conduct orientation of new hires 17-Execute training plan on time and complying to its procedures and forms 18-Assist in HR organizational development projects
