Ensure each employee signs the acknowledgment form. - Ensure the promotion policy (among other HR policies) is in place and followed. - Validate promotions and inter-departmental movements to ensure they are based on preset criteria. - Manage the performance appraisal process in the departments and liaise with the PM team. - Follow up with section managers to ensure proper implementation of coaching sessions.
