• Job Details:Participates the installation, repair and maintenance of all mechanical equipment, I have experience of mechanical equipment and hydraulics , depth knowledge of servicing and performing preventive maintenance of rig equipment , Inspecting drilling equipment and repairing and replacing parts as required, maintenance forklift, crane, plumbing, and pipefitting , Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and service manuals of equipment spare parts, knowledge of drilling operations and safety measures , knowledge of testing, repairing, and installing heavy electrical and hydraulic engines , Comprehensive knowledge of inspecting and diagnosing defective parts that hampers the functionality of machine , Possess strong troubleshooting communication, and organizational skills , Ability to work in a team environment as well as in extreme weather conditions. 1. Work in Caterpillar Engine- Generator. Set 3512A,3508B, 3406. Overhaul CAT engine 3406 change liner, pistons seals, connecting rod bearings, and cylinder head and adjust engine valve lash, changed 3512A cylinder head, after cooler, oil pump and adjusting valve lash. 2. Work in (Varco top drive TDS-11s) Installation & Maintenance. 3. Work in 1500 HP NATIONAL OILWELL Drawworks 110-UE Complete Overhaul High and low clutch, Complete Overhaul Drawworks 110-UE, change bearing and brake rim. 4. Work in MUD PUMP NATIONAL OILWELL 1700PT, 1400PT, complete PM and Changing Pinion Shaft Bearing. 5. Complete Overhaul travelling Block and crown block. 6. Sullair screw compressors and Piston compressor. 7. Air hoists, pneumatic and hydraulic pipe spinner. 8. Blowout preventer (BOP) 13 5/8” and Koomey unit.
