• Job Details:Responsibilities: ▪ Ensure the highest safety standards are achieved and maintained throughout the daily operation of the theme park. ▪ In charge for overall performance of the attractions attendants in accordance with Merlin Safety Standards as well as departmental policies and procedures. ▪ Manage Risk assessments, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency action Plan (EAP). ▪ Schedule the operators and the attendants and allocate their positions daily, organize their lunch and coffee breaks. ▪ Train the new staff theoretically and practically on rides. ▪ Act as a zone manager in daily rotation basis. ▪ Handle guest complaints, and ensure that the customer satisfaction standards are met.
