• Job Details:1. Preparation and presentation of various management reports for revenue & customer credit Analyses. 2. Preparation of weekly / monthly AR aging report. 3. Keep control of all customers’ contract/ credit/ LPO for Invoicing. 4. Maintain control over all receivable transactions. 5. Reconciliation of Customer Statements. 6. Ensure Customer statements are reconciled to Accounts Receivable ledger monthly. 7. Review old accounts receivable and co-ordinate with Sales team for collections. 8. Activation of New Customers and obtaining approval for credit facilities. 9. Respond to Customer queries on a timely manner. 10. Ensure positive & healthy customer relationship
