Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. • Implementing new ERP system with CFO & financial consultant hand by hand. • Establishing new budgeting system with financial consultant. • Arrangement all the accounting activities. • Responsible for preparing the financial statements • Responsible for supervising the accounting entries of expenses, sales collection, adjustment entries, accounts receivables, payable, bank, costing, payroll & etc.. • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. • Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like. • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Established computerized Accounting system. • Training of new staff in financial department. • Establishing internal control component & main risk responses. • Participate in modification & implementation of laws & regulation used internally. • Provide advices for the best use of cash flows & outflows. • Responsible for reconciliation process for all accounting reports. • Provide the BOD with monthly main financial reports.

AuditorFull Time

• Job Details:Participate in auditing process at the following companies: • Al-Ahly egyptian club • Abu Dhabi (holding hotels) • Masr El-Arabia (holding hotels) • ICTI ( holding El-Conrad Hotel) • Unipro (providing housekeeping, security, and maintenance services) • Cell tek. (providing information & communication services) • Egypt Otsuka (Pharmaceutical industry) • Ateco Pharma Egypt (subsidiary of Otsuka) Participate in Internal control auditing process for Movenpick hotels in Egypt. Participate in special assignment for Dabur Amla physical count of inventory. Responsible for the bookkeeping process of Trade Corp Egypt Company.
