• Job Details:➡️ Liquids & semi solid department ( ointment , Cream , drops , syrup , lotion ) • Ensure the general Clearance and cleanliness when setting up to avoid cross contamination ensure that all production line operators wearing their personal protective equipment ( PPE ) during work. • Check cleaning , Disinfecting and clearance of machines , Utensils and rooms according to SOPs. • Dispensing of raw materials from the dispensing center and preparation and filling of various pharmacutical products. • Prepare BR , Review filling BR , ensure that BR steps accurately performed , writing BR steps accurately and on site. • Control production process and production facilities and ensure that manufacturing activities are in compliance with the requirements of cGMP. • Ensuring with production manager , the achievement of the production plan according to the schedule , And troubleshooting for solving problems and minimizing time loss & Waste to establish high productivity without effect on product quality.
