- Job Details:Working as a customer relation specialist has a wide variety of roles, one of them being one of the highest escelation point once it comes to dealing with the companys biggest complaints, in order to do this specific task what would be required is to have tremendous patience and understanding after all we are speaking to humans that feel let down and misunderstood, excellent command of english and objection handling skills are required as being the highest point of escelation you will surely be tested and finding your way out of a corner is just about what you neee to save the day, send reprts to the team and having a good command of Excel and microsoft is a plus due to the hefty delivary challenges that are sometimes faced due to the ammount of complaints and calls and once a task is assigned in a fast paste environent like vodafone you will not want to stall it, being understanding and empathatic and having commitment will also do due to the fact it being extreemly stressfull and tiring you will not want to get out of bed but that commitment to do so and show your way to work every morning plays a big role as your mind set cant not go sideways.
