• Job Details:Plan and optimize delivery routes using management tools (e.g., Ninja Van, Shipsy) to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure coordination between departments to meet delivery deadlines and manage inventory and warehouses. Assign deliveries to drivers based on their location and workload while coordinating the pickup of packages. Communicate with drivers to resolve on-the-ground issues and manage failed deliveries. Close routes, collect cash, and prepare orders for shipping.
