• Job Details:Main Responsibilities: • Supervision and implementation of financial systems and applying the organization regulations • Contribute to the development of taxation systems • Follow up and preparation of checks and obligations to the Organization as well as the settlement payment • Monitoring actual expenditures, including pre-planned expenses to stand and analyze the reasons for the deviation • Reviews proposals budgets for the granting of sub-NGO civil partner • Provide financial support and institutional capacity building for sub-contractors • Monitor and review bank reconciliations and bank accounts of the sub-grants • Follow up the registration of legal documents in the financial books of partner NGOs • Participate in the preparation of the annual general balance sheet • Participate in preparing the budget of small grants • Review and follow-up revealed cash flow on a regular basis
