• Job Details:Responsible for managing all the local procurement activities of more than 200 items with approximately 4 million EGP/month material budget of the following departments: • Production (concentrates-flavours- sugar-food additives- production chemicals… etc.) • Packaging (carton-shrink wrap-stretch…etc.) • Quality (lab chemicals-microbiological materials-lab equipment…etc.) • HSE (safety equipment-disposable materials-firefighting systems…etc.) • Engineering (material handling equipment-packaging machines…etc.) • Export (one-use ballets-Dunnage Air Bags…etc.) • IT (servers-laptops-IT spare parts…etc.) Handling the daily procurement process: • Receive the purchase request (PR). • Searches for local suppliers based on price, quality, payment terms, reliability…etc. • Analysis price proposals and other data to determine reasonable prices and Prepares price comparisons. • Issues purchasing orders (PO) as requested. • Following up the purchased material to ensure delivery of the required quantities on time. • Work closely with planning, warehouses and logistics departments via supply chain. • Working on the ERP System (MS Dynamics AX) and perform all related tasks, such as creating POs, preparing reports…etc. • Working with the planning team in OEE, S&OP and MRP tasks.
