• Job Details:Support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacations, business missions, permissions, resignations. Updates staff records on the HR database and manual filing systems. Receives and processes personnel forms. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Record employee data on human resources system. Follow up on employee inquiries and requirements. Assist supervisors in various HR-related topics. Handling staff attendance and departure system and making reports. Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures and rules. Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. Tracking turnover to determine hiring needs. Posting jobs to job boards and the company career page. Conducting interviews. Sending out offer and rejection letters. Making sure employees are paid accurately and on time.
