• Job Details:1- plan and implement the operation of the Broiler Parent Stock farms and on Completion assume responsibility for running them. 2- manage the farms as per best-in-class international industry norms. 3- recruit, develop and train team members and define & implement good practiceswith respect to brooding & growing, vaccination, health, bio-security measures andperformance of the flocks of the respective broiler PS. 4- develop protocols for body weight and flock uniformity, health, biosecurity, laborsanitation practices, feeding, preventive medication and develop formats formeasuring the performance parameters. 5-Improve project infrastructure to enable eff icient utilization of facilities/resourcesand achieve good performance with low operating costs. 6-To put in place a very high level of international bio-security standards. 7- develop reporting formats and review for team members on a regular basis. 8- deliver on goals on mortalities, flock uniformity, egg production, HHHE and lowerthe cost of production of hatching egg

• Job Details:1. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, quality standards and of the organization 2. Ensure adherence to planned utilization of production resources, including production equipment, facilities, farm workers, etc. 3. Recruiting , developing, training of breeders farms team, and preparing second team. 4. Track and report productivity data to achieve regional / global standards and submit Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly 5. Monitor and report on adherence to bio-security protocols
