• Job Details:Supervise all activities in project of Residential Building, and Administration project.  Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.  Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.  Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members  Supervise and Review the performance of sub-contractors to assure contract compliance.  Supervise and Review and interpret discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.  Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.  In addition to technical office works.  Prepare the activity according to design drawings, shop drawings.  Full follow-up with the municipality, the consultant, the direct owner, subcontracors

• Job Details:Supervise tow activities of Residential Building.  accurately estimate the charge for working on the project.  responsibility of hire and pay worker and deal with any employment issues for these workers  Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, design and specifications.  Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work.  Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.  Prepare the activity according to design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for consultant review.
