• Job Details:- Served as Marketing Project Manager for Sway Strip Mall, AlRabat Properties' latest project. - Leading all marketing and communications initiatives from inception to completion. - Led the development and implementation of comprehensive brand, communications, and marketing strategies, including detailed media plans, driving brand awareness for Sway. - Conducted in-depth market research specific to the Sway informing strategic decision making and campaign development. - Oversaw all aspects of site branding for Sway ensuring consistent and impactful visual representation across all communication points. - Managed a network of freelance professionals (videographers, filmmakers, content creators and graphic designers), ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution of projects. - Collaborated effectively with external agencies for site decorations, branding materials, and stationery, maintaining brand consistency and achieving project objectives. - Served as a communication man for tenants, brand owners, and the operations for Sway Strip Mall, facilitating seamless communication and fostering positive relationships. - Planned and executed integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and tenant success. - Managed and optimized mall advertising spaces and enhancing the customer experience. - Reported directly to the Marketing Manager, providing regular updates and contributing to overall brand strategy strategy.
