Sr cost accountantFull Time

• Job Details:Collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as renting, sales, maintenance and manufacturing.  Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  Review & Analyze labor and material variances for each work order and prepare necessary reports.  Prepare monthly P/L for rental Equipment’s, Customers and Segments.  Support the Manufacturing/Operations departments with various analyses.  Compare previous reports analysis with current and provide the possible reasons.  Analyze & review monthly inventory report.  Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.  Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system.  Maintaining Cost Accounting System.  Collaborates with the other finance departments to support overall department goals and objectives  Design Excel sheets that support improving cost system Ex:- Time Sheet and P/L sheet

Cost AccountantFull Time

• Job Details: Prepare the monthly cost report in relation to cost of sales.  Compare the actual month cost with the standard cost and provide feedback about variances.  Review daily records of inventory purchased and ensure that it balance with account payable.  Supervise monthly inventory, review inventory report and evaluate the appropriate adjustments.  Help price menus or change the prices of certain items.  Monitor expenses, costs through analysis of Profit & Loss Statements, daily sales, purchases, requisitions and consumption.  Input and access database information into computer.  Assist in other departments of the hotel as needed.  Review ticket voids, promotions and other Beverage activities to ensure proper controls in place.
