• Job Details:I was responsible for managing the chatbot area through all Etisalat channels, adding new scopes, monitoring and investigating, and building POCs needed for new ideas. The integration part was with services like TIBCO and third parties like Genesys, IBM Watson, RASA, Sprinklr, and the WhatsApp API.
