• Job Details:Preparing the company's financial statements • Preparing the company estimated budgets • Review all the fixed assets transaction and Working on the consumption of fixed assets. • Preparing contractors' extracts and settling the supplier's account. • Dealing with banks from withdrawals, deposits, prepare banks settlements and bank procedures that belong to the company. • Dealing with LG. • Calculation and processing of foreign currency differences • Making VAT returns and deduction tax at source • Dealing with taxes and government agencies in relation to the company. • Prepare report for AP accounts. • Monitoring cash flow and prepare report to management. • Registration financial and accounting accruals • Preparing matches for company accounts with third –party and follow up any dues on the company or for its • Monitor the actual results and compare them with the estimated budget and prepare report of deviations • Auditing all financial operations with salaries and prepare payroll accrual entries.
