• Job Details:● IT engineer at elbeisy pharmacy group 36 branches ● Servers setup and network maintenance solving the problems ● Fingerprint device setup and connected to network adding and edit users ● Software update, solving problems, system setup ● Setup cameras and dvi ● Adding printers, barcode and barcode printers to a software ● Hardware maintenance ● Solving problems via phones ● making groups to make easy communications with customer to solve them problems ● moving to at least 5 branches a day to make sure that system is working as well
