• Job Details:▪ Receive orders from platform and prepare AWB, Sales order and Invoices. ▪ Confirm orders with customers. ▪ Track and follow up pending orders, backlog status and refunds as per the SLA. ▪ Arrange delivery process with WH and couriers. ▪ Handle customer complaint and respond to their inquiries. ▪ Discover any technical issues at dashboard and assign tickets to developers' team. ▪ Oversee inventory levels to ensure they meet customer needs, and demand when necessary to avoid any shortages. ▪ Coordinating and working closely with the marketing and finance department. ▪ Making analysis about products’ margin to apply promotions effectively. ▪ Generating sales reports Daily and weekly.

• Job Details:▪ Made follow up calls to new joining vendors to confirm their readiness. ▪ Analyze list of underperforming vendors according to KPI’s. ▪ Conduct coaching calls to vendors and provide solutions to enhance their KPI’s. ▪ Document the outcome and the analysis feedback. ▪ Escalate and take action whenever needed and follow up on churned vendors. ▪ Follow up new and pending orders with shipping companies and take measures to finalize . ▪ Report outcome to direct manager.
