• Job Details:• Analyzing and improving day-to-day operations and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity • Collaborating with various teams, including translators, reviewers, project managers, DTP, and client service representatives, to ensure seamless operations. • Ensuring that translation services meet high-quality standards and client expectations. • Managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines and operational goals. • Leading the onboarding process for new employees, providing comprehensive training on the CRM system to ensure all team members are proficient in its use • Responsible for receiving all purchase invoices, checking invoice details to PO and ensuring that PO’s have been raised and agree to invoice details. • On a monthly basis check reports for any old balances and resolve any unallocated invoices / credit notes / payments • Negotiating some contracts with prospective clients, to help determine pricing schedules for quotes
