• Job Details:Head of electrical maintenance section May 2010 - Till now section head with the following tasks: • Organizing routine servicing schedule. • Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance. • Direct and coordinating maintenance activity carried out on a plant machines and equipment. • PLC specially SIEMENS (S7 1500-S7300-S5). • SCADA systems specially Wonderware InTouch systems. • Preparing of the purchasing orders and technically approves supplier's offers, • Liquids filling machines. • maintain and, calibrate different types of instrumentation (temp, pressure, level sensors, flowmeters, etc.) • Dealing with different types of compressors & blowers. • Fire alarm systems. • Familiarity with HVAC systems • Medium voltage switch gear maintenance. • Inspections of spare parts and revises and approves the spare parts orders.
