• Job Details:Help Sales to increase sales by achieve customer’s request with specific Order.  Put Master Production Planning to meet shipping dates, satisfying customer’s satisfaction, Production smoothing, reduce change over, etc.  Flow up the executive of production to overcome any deviation and to measure and control OEE. Define Reorder Point & Safety Stock for each items.  Run MRP System to avoid any shortage in material,  Request Material to Production that valid to achieving Production Plans  Monitor and control warehouses transaction to achieve loading plan run as it`s.  Help logistics team to booking the correct numbers of containers in correct time.

Material Planning & Purchasing ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Maintain standard cost system and bills of material. • Run and monitor the MRP system, including all of its related omponents such as purchase orders, sales forecast, materials receipt, production and inventory. • Verify all incoming material meets established quality standards and ordered quantity; perform quality control testing and audits. • Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and consistency with the MRP information. • Supervise the monthly cycle counts and year end physical inventory and adjust inventory accordingly. • Identify and investigate problems in inventory and production and design a business process for problem resolution • Cultivate and manage effective communications and working relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Implement Overall Equipment Effective(OEE).
