• Job Details:Responsible for testing all incoming raw materials ( Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, and Chemical compound ) by conducting required tests. • Performing different tests for finished product ( Elastomeric bridge bearing) by confirming specifications and required tests. • Responsible for in process control, by conducting different instruments Such as: Mooney Viscosity, Rheometer, Tensile Machine, and Abrasions Tester. • Drive process improvement initiatives at the factory. • Create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (daily, weekly, monthly). • Document and update inspection results for finished products by completing reports.
