• Job Details:Improve field quality by continuous monitoring to early predict quality issues and life time sensing. Continuous repair data analysis to manage SVC parts consumption, quality issues prediction and reduce SVC cost. Design and conduct annual, and monthly training plans for SVC engineers to enhance their technical skills to enhance SVC level and achieve company’s KPIs. Create SVC bulletins and repair guides to ensure optimum repair and SVC level. Provide daily technical support for SVC centers and CRM. Onsite visit to SVC centers to monitor SVC level, SVC readiness and continuous improvements

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Managing production plan, UPH, UPPH, and man power.  Create SOP per machine, process and product.  SMT line machines programming and maintenance.  Continuous improvement of people and processes.

SMT, BM Research and Development EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Key Responsibilities  Prepare and create BOM  Prepare Auto insert, CAD files, and machine settings  Continuous improvement using lean six sigma methodologies. - Managing QC part for 6 months. (Limited time support)
