  • Job Details:TEAM LEADER CIVIL ENGINEER Madkour Co. Cairo – Egypt Project: Power Station – BAHAR EL-BAKAR Substation 66/22 kV. Project Value: 400,000,000 L.E A two scope projects, first one is a 66 kv Sub-Station Contains 6 Buildings (Control – GIS 66KV – 40 MV Transformers – Switch gear – Fire Fighting – Fire Hydrant), second one is an overhead transmission line 120 KM to complete the circuit, my tasks include but not limited to the following: • Monitor Contractor works continually, coordinating with Consultant & Project Construction Manager regarding Works and inspections. • Monitoring Site works Progress, Preparing Weekly or Monthly reports and arranging Site Meetings. • Manage junior & senior Engineer colleagues for Executing the Work as per approved shop drawings; specifications and method statement in disciplines (Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Works) within the time frame Planned Programmed. • Following up with the procurement for material approvals and delivery to avoid any delay of execution. • Preparing of Bill of Quantities & Working out quantities for various materials as per requirements.
