(transfers or cheques) and follow up transfers swift. •Follow up all banks requirements daily. •Request Form 4 from bank for external suppliers and follow up on its issuance and follow up terms of payments (in advance, cash against documents, pay later). •Performing analysis report about external supplier’s accounts.

• Job Details:•Performing daily payments to suppliers and contractors (transfers or cheques). •Monthly bank reconciliation. •Monitoring banks’ balance positions daily (contact everyday with all banks to identify the company balance). •Responsible for (LGs accounting - bank charges accounting - bank interest expenses accounting) treatment and post via SAP. •Performing analysis report about contractors and suppliers accounts. •Issuing cheques (contactors-suppliers-cash boxes) posting via SAP. •Collection cheques & LCs accounting posting via SAP. •Participation in outstanding balances posting in SAP during migration. •Follow up Letter of Grantees of contractors and suppliers. Side Task Responsible for the issuance of different insurance policies of the company, settling the payment, and follow up the claims with insurance companies.

Account Manager - Governmental payroll sectorFull Time
