• Job Details:-Manage Production Operation according to Lacteal’s KPIs -Direct the overall activities of the manufacturing facility to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, and produced at the lowest possible cost to meet the customer’s requirements while maintaining established safety and quality standards. -Co-ordinate with necessary departments regarding safety, expansion, quality, Projects. -Driving the continuous improvement process to achieve gains in efficiency and quality. -Reviewing employee performance, recommending staffing requirements -Anticipating and overcoming production related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions and unavoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation. -Leading efforts in maintaining the highest food safety standards on the processing and recommending improvements as needed (i.e. CIP, HACCP, and GMP, GHP).

Production section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:-Dealing with the latest devices in Juice production as GEA-TDS, WILD INDAG and Fluider equipment ( Pasteurization and sterilization equipment, Sugar dissolver, Pectin dissolving, HD mixer, in line mixer, Drums dumber) and controlling all of that through the operating system Proleit which controls all equipment automatically , control all production steps, juice mixing ,creating all bill of materials (BOM) recipes. Adjustments to the batches, solving system problems to ensure natural workflow, Post designers vision a technical adviser at the time of major problems for access to the most suitable solutions to these problems. -Day-to-day work follow-up inside production halls of processing and pasteurization in terms of cleaning and disinfection work make sure to achieve Good manufacturing and hygienic practices -Fulfillment of daily production plan through plan distribution setups, filling machinery and implement all that accurately and quickly. -Good dealing with SAP system as doing inventory system on the raw materials used in processing ,make semi-finished product orders for products that have been processed and analyzed and compare the results of the quantities produced to the actual quantities produced . -Carry out all the calculation for different kind of juices (nectar, pure, fresh, drink). Daily Check of the stock of production raw materials available with and give feedback to the production manager for all the materials required. -Follow preventive maintenance of the critical devices and equipment’s through preventive maintenance schedules and cooperation with the Maintenance department In case of problem accuracy and quick reporting and follow-up resolution. -Training new engineers and operators on the operating system and making leadership cadres within the department. -Design a KPIs (Productivity) system for processing section. - Measuring and analyzing the efficiency and identify problems that affect productivity and performance to develop performance and efficiency.

Production EnginnerFull Time

• Job Details:-Receiving, pasteurizing fresh milk, which will be used in the production of UHT milk, Responsible of UHT equipment (Infusion kind). -Produce sweetened milk as (chocolate milk and milk with fruits flavors... etc.) -Receiving fresh milk, this will be used in the production of Alrayeb (pasteurizing the milk, cooling ,adding starter and waiting PH adjustment and proper texture then cooling again. Carry out production of yogurt drink with fruit mixes. -Maintain all production records according to company requirements with complete accounting by the production staff for every raw material used and finished product produced. -Complete commanding on packaging section (SERAC, Tetra fino, Tetra brick). -Implementation of the monthly inventory of raw materials, whether processing or packaging.
