Perform initial assessments, order necessary tests, and begin treatment or stabilization. Assisting in or performing procedures such as intubations, suturing wounds, inserting IVs. Being prepared to respond to emergency situations and resuscitation efforts.

• Job Details:Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of urgent and emergency conditions. Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting). Participate in resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients. Make rapid, effective decisions in high-pressure situations. Respond promptly to medical emergencies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Physician

• Job Details:Quickly evaluate patients to determine the severity of their conditions. Make decisions regarding immediate care and treatment plans. Accurately document patient histories, assessments, and treatment plans. Work closely with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Participate in the triage process to prioritize patient care based on severity of conditions.
