- Job Details:As a maintenance engineer for 12 Years and a facilities manager in the hospitality sector for 5 years, I managed engineering maintenance for two large Hospitals at the same time including the HVAC system, medical gases station, plumping, landscape, Contractors, Technician training, HSE instructions, electromechanical equipment maintenance, Budget management, Invoice process, row material, energy consumption rate analysis. I manage and handle a team of about 70 employees. I can achieve all tasks on time within budget, have a strong background and knowledge of CMMS, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and CPIs (Cost Performance Index), according to energy efficiency importance I have saved about 25-30 % of a large hospital facility’s total energy expense due to energy efficiency optimization.
