• Job Details:• Create a sound plan to complete a project effectively. • Daily follow up and control of all manufacturing process. • Follow up plan completion and interfering according to production scheduling to get over any obstacles. • Daily MRP for analysis of net requirements and Analysis of material shortages for escalation. • Working on translate MRP requirements into supply plan to satisfy customer service (OTIF). • Lead weekly coordination meetings with Export, Sales, Logistics, Procurement teams, and the Supply Chain Director to align on demand planning and confirm dispatch schedules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to align supply chain activities and achieve overall business objectives. • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products. • Develop and implement demand forecasting to improve demand planning accuracy and reduce inventory costs, create a Bill of Resources, and Demand Management models to develop supply chain optimization. • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance and progress reports for strategic planning. • Integrate Artificial Intelligence and SQL tools to automate forecasting and demand management processes. • Operate and manage tasks using ERP software (SAP) to streamline planning and production operations.
