• Job Details:Retail Credit Department Duties and responsibilities: • Checking and reviewing data that has been maintained by operations clerks on the system. • Reviewing the applications received to verify it with minimum required criteria (Age - Income- Profession - negative areas – minimum years at business and missing documents). • Matching the new applications with existing on core banking system (Duplicate Match). • To be conducted with company's authorized signer (HR Verification) and with the customer himself (Customer Verification). • Review & analysis application after completing all above steps to ensure that the application meets Bank's cash loans/Credit Card criteria and assigning the approval amount. • Review all companies in negative companies list. • Update authorized signer list. • Answering customer service/sales inquiries. • Making I-score.
