• Job Details:Meet the market needs and satisfy the demand. 2. Preparation of the master production plan for manufacturing includes the requirements of raw materials, machines, manpower and quality tests in order to meet the specified delivery dates. 3. Planning master schedule to establish lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast for customer orders. 4. Communicate immediately (or daily) with changes in the planned production schedule with departmental supervisors including the need to change any of the important items before starting. 5. Follow up the efficiency of the machines load plan and the performance rate of production to meet delivery on the specified date. 6. Implement and manage production processes that will give maximum output efficiency through manpower, machine, raw material. 7. Develop and Maintain overall lead time through Manufacturing operations to ensure on time delivery product. 8. Communicate with the Procurement Department regularly to request raw material requirements and determine the supplying date. 9. Work closely with costing account to insure the accuracy of bill of material, inventory level and Correction system data. 10.Regularly review status and update expected completion dates as needed. 11.Optimize scheduling and materials management through use of the Materials Resource Planning system. 12.follow up Quality control department to track status of deviation in finished goods. 13.Internal audit of the management of current KPIs related to performance of production planning. 14. Calculation of machine operating hours for periodic maintenance work. 15. Effective participation in new projects and carrying out specific tasks.
