• Job Details:• Approval of all civil & structural drawings. • Adjust and approval the quality of materials used and monitors the safety of the project • Supervise all civil works in site. • Prepare quantities schedules, progress payments. • Prepare contractor’s quantities and payments by project workflow. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports shows workflow and payments. • Take a part in value engineering workshop of AlQuryat airport Jeddah SEP 2015.

Quantity surveyorFull Time

• Job Details:• Prepare adds and cuts schedules. • Prepare quantities schedules according to site activities (Civil, Architect, Mechanical and electrical) • Approve of monthly payments according to site activities progress and quantities. • Prepare change orders according to ministry specs. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports according to site activities. • Assist project manager in timetable update. • Contribute in approve of structural and architectural shop drawings.
