Monitor and evaluate inventory utilization and control procedures to achieve company goals of Days on Hand, Excess Inventory Management, Product Expiration Management. Evaluate and order new set (implants & instruments) requests outlining business justification per corporate policy. • Job Details:Acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing vendor and seller experience. Trained employees and interns to work in a 100-bed hospital. Chemotherapy supply planning and forecasting. In-charge of improving and maintaining day-to-day supply chain operations. In-charge of all procurement procedures and warehousing for medical devices, supplies, furniture and medications. Managed tenders and direct purchasing systems using SQL and Microsoft Excel. In-charge of the internal pharmacy operations and contributed to multiply its sales to more than 500% over 3 years (representing 32% of total hospital's net profit ).
