• Job Details:* Manage & lead quality staff engaged in Process and final inspection activities * Ensure that all products under processing are produced according to their related specs. * Follow up & supervise all inspection activities & relating or affecting activities * Use and apply statistical tools to analyze and expire the product-related data of the being inspected and/or tested. * Aware and implement the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001-2015. * Aware of 7 Quality Tools and lean Manufacturing Tools * Conducting monthly corrective action meetings with all non-conformities raised from all types of audits and following up on corrective and preventive actions needed. * Supervising Laboratory activities; including:( Mechanical Properties tools management). * Support and coordinate with Product Development and Industrial Design in the new product definition phase. * Demonstrated expertise in conducting Statistical Process Control (SPC), effectively managing process capability, First Time Quality (FTQ), and MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

Quality Control engineer &Data analysisFull Time

• Job Details: Lead the quality inspectors in different duties.  Prepare inspection sheets for each income material.  Determine the main causes of failure by coordinating with The production responsible.  Use suitable control charts for process control.  Follow up actions taken towards defected products.  Calculate defected quantities due to internal failure (scrap – repair – rework)  Prepare monthly report.  Review all inspection results for stages of production.  Determine the main causes of failure by coordinating with production officials.  Calculate the cost of each defected part by coordination with the financial manager and illustrate diagram to the maximum to minimum cost.  Take actions to minimize the causes of failure and measure the effectiveness of action taken.  Prepare a plan for Statistical Process Control (SPC) & (MSA) Gauge Study  Using Pareto to analyse the defects for each section and each machine
