With a BSc degree in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from Benha University, I am a Production Engineer at Al Hazaa Investment Group, one of the leading flour milling companies in the Middle East. In this role, I manage the operation and maintenance of the flour mills, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the wheat milling process. I have successfully implemented several improvement projects, such as upgrading the milling equipment, optimizing the production flow, and reducing the energy consumption and waste. As a result, we have increased the production capacity, improved the product quality, and reduced the operational costs.
