• Job Details:Responsible for managing the Logistics department (Logistics, Warehousing – Factory WHs, Customer Service, Fleet, Deployment and Production Planning) in Al Wefag Co. Creating and developing logistics department strategies to achieve company goals. Developing and managing Logistics department performance through relevant KPI’s. Managing and enhancing the overall performance of business processes through effective interfaces with peers. Managing customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction and interface with sales, demand planning, production and quality. Conducting monthly variance analysis (orders vs actual loaded) to identify any gaps & opportunities then lead corrective action plans to cover all these gaps and ensuring better & smooth order management cycle. Creating, managing and achieving the overall logistics and customer service department budgets. Developing and lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process. Participating in personnel development at all levels through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting, and self-actualization Evaluating & monitoring all the Branches storage capacity in order to enhance the distribution. Managing & optimizing all the shipping constraints such as sourcing matrix, truck load, warehouses storage capacity & market variables to ensure product availability. Responsible for product freshness and FIFO implementation across all Branches.
