• Job Details:I worked in the business development department in 2018 at RISC Legal Academy with a team of five members, led by Mr Ehab Shalaby CEO, alongside with MRs Mai Emam, board member. I was assigned to communicate with the students of any faculty of Law among Egypt, in addition to legal firms, to provide them with the details of the academy, explain in depth the key objectives of each workshop, and the benefits they will acquire holding the firm’s certificate, and to attract them to join one of our 8 workshops. The target was to attract 65 students for each workshop within 45 days instead of 90 days and we had to work for extended working ours. We set a plan together and organized our tasks well and everyone was following his role, besides helping other mates. During the 45 days, one of my colleagues had had to stop working for 5 consecutive days and i needed to work for more hours to cover his objectives.
