• Job Details:•Managed the company's computer network, which included more than 12 branches of the company, and maintained the maintenance of the system on the software and hardware configurations as needed. •Connecting the Branches of the System, Fingerprint and Cameras through Firewall by VPN & RDP. •Support staff and end user with resolution of systems issues, malfunctions or software programming problems. •Manage project deployment life cycle, define requirements, research solutions, design systems, support testing and oversee live implementation. •Create, Configure, Deployment and Manage (SCCM). •Installed, managed, and configured virtual server infrastructure via vSphere. •Manage virtual environments and previously built cluster(s) to include installing VMware and Virtual Machines (VMs). Manage and/or implement High Availability (HA) architectures in a VMware environment & Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) & Fault Tolerance (FT). •Making the right decision to solve the problems and planning to adjust the company's strategy. •Monitor the company's e-mail system and make adjustments to allow for rapid business expansion. •Run tests on computer programs, hardware elements and network devices to keep speeds and performance at optimal levels and Define network policies and procedures adjust as the company grew. •Discuss possible problems with using the network and computer with other employees and explain how to get the best performance. •Always search for repair or replacement requests for equipment that is not working at full capacity. •Work on Domain Controller & File Server (Windows Server 2012). •Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords. •Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2012 R2. •Working On virtual systems.
