• Job Details:- Supervise the technical purchase of machines and equipment either from the local market or imported. - Review reports on spare parts stock to identify strategic and required spare parts - Participates in the selection of staff management and supervision and follow-up performance and ensure the availability of the necessary numbers of workers. - Implement HR policies for performance assessment and employee productivity measurement. - Review the budget of the administration and abide by it. - Participate in the overall objectives of management. - Supervising the staff, following up their work and evaluating their performance. - Ensure GMP-Food Safety personnel follow up, in order to obtain a safe product that covers all health requirements
